The 2nd edition is made because it was necessary to update first RED that was build with SP3 5508 and left with few bugs
with single core computers etc. People are still downloading first RED, so I thougt it is better to have choice. Also it is not
justified to keep further that old OS. This new edition is with similar look like the old one but with different Windows core.

Now the Base for RED is Windows XP Professional SP3 - 5.1.2600.5512
More than 200 post-SP3 Critical updates and Hotfixes are updated till 6

Default Logon (can be changed later - read instructions below):

That RED Start ORB on Picture is default but can be chaged.
The red skin of Start Menu - ViStart is activated from Dektop folder "(RED) Resources".
Same with the RED Icons.
There are few other ViStart and ViORB skins in that folder, as well as Logon and Boot Screens and IconPacks. They can be activated just with mouse double-click automatically, because TuneUp 2008 and IconPackager are already installed by default.
The original RED Wallpapers are integrated
Transparent Taskbar, as well as True Transparency...can be found on Start Menu (or Program Files) - Utilities


All skins on screen can be deactivated and activated again-just read the instructions. Deactivate ViORB and VIStart if don't have
enough RAM or don't like them. On top of the screen there is customized RocketDock. On the Right side is Rainbar (can move
it left-right with mouse) - Google it to find more info. Better to choose what to start automatically - Rocket Dock or Rainbar!


How to deactivate ViStart and ViORB can be seen on the picture below.
